Everyone knows and loves Pictionary, even if you can’t draw. It’s a fun Thanksgiving game for kids and adults of all ages, and perfect for the holiday when you put a spin on it. Create your own Pictionary game by using words related to Thanksgiving. This could be anything from turkey and corn to fall items such as a leaf, autumn, or scarecrow. Write them down on popsicle sticks, and draw it out of a jar each round. Going along with drawing, you can also find out who is the top turkey artist as another Thanksgiving family game. Simply hold a contest to see who can draw the best turkey without looking. The results will be hilarious!

If the weather is suitable and you’re feeling athletic, hold a game of turkey tag! This Thanksgiving family game is a themed-version of flag tag, perfect for the whole crew. Simply add three clothespins to your fall attire, painting or decorating them as your desire beforehand. Attach them to the back of everyone’s shirts, and then you’re ready for a fun game of tag! Run around and try to remove the clothespins from everyone else to be the champion of turkey tag.

Easily take the game bingo and transform it into Thanksgiving bingo! You can create fun bingo cards in numerous ways. One being covering the squares as the day progresses and observing things that happen: someone coming late, a pet stealing food, running out of gravy, or starting a story with “when I was your age.” Another option is designing Thanksgiving bingo cards with colorful images of pilgrims, turkeys, pies, acorns, or trees. Draw them yourself, or print them online for free. You can then use anything as markers for the bingo game, such as nuts or candy corn!
