Style Tip Expert of the Week – Sammi Jo

Meet this week’s Style Tip Expert Sammi Jo, also known as @Sammijo503 on Polyvore.com!

We love Sammi Jo’s “Dream Prom Do Over” style, it’s colorful, playful, glamorous, and sexy all at the same time! This cheetah-inspired maxi dress is great for your high school or college homecoming ball. Here at Faviana, we like to test the limits and take a break from the average plain style dresses with high slits, open backs, and eye-popping hues. Style 6903 does just that, and Sammi Jo’s choice of shoes, accessories and nail color adds to the young hip and fresh look of the dress.

What we love most about Sammi Jo’s prom do over style is the blue hues that she used to enhance the look of the dress. Very simple, blue, closed toes stiletto heels; blue chandelier earrings; and a blue clutch with gold accents. The accessories are not too much and not too little for this head turning look.

Dream Prom Do Over

When it comes to wearing colorful printed and patterned dresses, many ladies get scared and think that it that the dress is either too difficult to style or grabs too much attention. But what’s the point of being fashionable if you don not want to attract attention to yourself? This style is very easy to pull off for any girl, no matter your size or skin color. It’s elegant and sexy enough that it is not too formal, nor is it too revealing. You just have to be mindful of the colors of the accessories you choose, you don’t want to mix another pattern or print with this dress to take away form the beauty of it.
