Plus Size Style

Women are the most fashion-conscious people out there.  They spend every excess dollar on the latest top, shoe, or bag.  Not all girls have it so easy though, plus size girls find it harder to shop for the perfect look and often times get disgruntled in the store.   Often times the plus size fashions are not as up to date on fashion trends as the skinny girl jeans and bandage type dress.

As the holiday season wraps up, it was no doubt that you needed ensembles that took you from day to night, office to the bar.  It was important to keep your outfits appropriate but also fashion forward.  How to get the perfect look is easy, always have a well tailored blazer on hand.  That blazer can be paired with a pencil skirt, black leggings, and a brilliant camisole.  For work pair that look with a cute ballerina flat and for night a patent or leather pump.  Metallic’s are very in style, so try a metallic loafer or silver or gold pump.  Want to make a show stopping entrance, then pair a statement necklace with that camisole, so when you remove that blazer, you have an eye catching piece around your neck.

When choosing the right garments for plus size fashions, find garments that hint at a trend rather than hit you over the head with it.  Opt out of the full on lace get up for a  blazer with a hint of lace or a sweater with a leather cuff instead of those leather leggings some girls are sporting.   Don’t be afraid of sparkle.  All girls want to look glamorous this holiday season, so add some sequins to your wardrobe.   Pair a straight leg jean, with a sequin tunic or a sheath black dress and gold sequin clutch.  Regardless of the event, be true to your fashion sense, wear the trends, wear color, and be confident this year.
